We cherish your creative liberty. TwinkleChat does not sell your private companion logs, custom personality structures, or creative worldbuilding inputs to third-party ad targeting brokers.

a. Identity and Coins

• Secure authentication tokens (Apple or Google identity sign-ins) when creating a persistent cloud profile.
• Anonymous guest cookies to track your local coin balances, subscription statuses, and interface presets.

b. Conversations & Custom Realms

• Companion Dialogues: The written narratives, questions, and character dialogues you exchange with our AI entities.
• Creative Story Logs: Descriptions of fictional settings, custom roleplays, or text scenarios you input.
• Companion Configurations: Custom parameter configurations (entropy levels, logic coefficients, dialogue warmth, or character names) you define.

c. System Telemetry

• Basic device variables (model type, system OS, display dimensions) to adapt the starry chat client interface.
• Aggregated operations data (GPU queue latencies, load balancing parameters, and crash diagnostics).

3. Processing Rationale and Security

We handle your inputs and telemetry strictly to maintain and enhance your companion journey:

• Dialogue Processing: Feeding your prompt vectors into our AI layers to compile responses in real time.
• Content Moderation: Automatic parsing to detect and block illicit, copyright-infringing, or harmful prompts, enforcing safe space policies.
• Interactive Memory: Archiving conversation context locally or in encrypted cloud lockers so your customized AI companions retain relationship timelines.
• No Public Model Training: We do not feed your personal creative stories, roleplays, or dialogue logs into public training sets. Your imagination remains exclusively your own.

4. Intellectual Rights & Hosting License

Your imagination is your sovereign territory. You retain all copyright ownership of your source inputs, companion settings, and the resulting stories compiled by TwinkleChat. We claim zero proprietary rights over your dialogue outputs.

By entering inputs into the platform, you grant TwinkleChat a temporary, global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to load, transmit, cache, and duplicate your logs solely to execute the rendering calculations for you and archive the context in your client logs.

5. Data Erasure Rights

You can instantly wipe individual chat lines, reset your custom companion models, or clear local logs within the app interface. To request a comprehensive deletion of your synchronized accounts, guest records, and cloud backups, please contact our stargazers at: [email protected]. We will permanently purge your data folders within 30 days.

6. Safety for Minors

TwinkleChat is intended for users who meet the digital age of consent in their country (typically 13 years or older). We do not deliberately index minor records. If we discover child telemetry has been recorded, we will terminate the guest credentials and delete the records immediately.
